The ISULA structure of Maria Luisa Li Vorsi applies the following conditions regarding cancellations and changes:

Free cancellation
Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 7 (seven) days before the scheduled arrival date. In this case, any deposit already paid will be refunded in full.

Late cancellations and no-shows
For cancellations made after the 7-day deadline prior to arrival**, no refund will be provided.
In case of no-show, the entire reservation amount will be retained.
Early departure
In case of early departure, no refund will be provided for any unused nights.
Booking changes
Any changes (dates of stay, number of guests, etc.) must be communicated promptly and are subject to availability.
The property reserves the right to apply any price changes based on the new conditions requested.
Refund Terms
Any refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, within a reasonable technical time.
Force majeure
In the event of extraordinary and unforeseeable events (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies, government restrictions), cancellation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with no automatic refund obligation.
