Booking confirmation
The reservation is considered confirmed only after receipt of payment and confirmation from the property.

Payment Methods
Payment is due immediately upon booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax, imposed by the Municipality of Palermo, is equal to €4.00 per person per night , applied up to a maximum of 4 consecutive nights , and must be paid upon arrival at the facility in accordance with the methods established by current legislation.

Rates
The rates shown are expressed in euros and may vary based on availability, seasonality, and specific booking conditions.

Data provided by the guest
The guest is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of booking. The property is not responsible for any disruptions resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Check-in and documents
Upon arrival, each guest is required to present a valid ID, as required by current legislation.

Opening hours
Check-in and check-out times must be respected, unless otherwise agreed with the property. Any requests for early arrival or late departure are subject to availability.

Refusal or cancellation of the reservation
The property reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation in the event of:
1. non-payment
2. violation of the conditions
3. inappropriate or fraudulent behavior
4. Acceptance of the conditions
Booking implies full acceptance of these conditions.
